- Subscription and billing information processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Product usage information such as plan status and generation queue activity, used to operate the service.

- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To activate and manage your subscription.
- To operate, troubleshoot and improve the video workflow.
- To reply to support requests you send us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you start a subscription you are redirected to Stripe’s checkout, and Stripe returns the result of the payment to us. Card details never touch our servers.
Data sharing
We share information only with the service providers required to run the product — Google for authentication, Stripe for payments and our hosting provider for infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Account records and subscription history are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, cancel a subscription from the billing settings page, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
