PictoryThese terms govern your use of Pictory AI Video Generator. By creating an account or starting a subscription you agree to them.
Accounts
Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing settings page.
- Amounts already billed for a completed period are not refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create adult, explicit or NSFW content, to infringe intellectual property, to harass others or to break the law. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload.
Generated output
You keep the rights to the content you provide and to the videos you produce from it, subject to the terms of any third-party assets used in a project. Review generated captions, visuals and narration before publishing.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but features may change, pause for maintenance, or be withdrawn. Generation is queued and may take longer at peak times.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from the billing settings page.
